ZASP structure
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES
The General Assembly of Delegates is the highest authority of ZASP. The General Assembly of Delegates may be ordinary or extraordinary. It is convened at least once a year by the Main Board. It consists of distribution delegates and non-distribution delegates elected at plenary electoral meetings of the professional sections. The most important decisions concerning ZASP’s activities are discussed there.
PEER COURT
The Peer Court examines cases concerning breaches by ZASP members of the provisions of the Statute, resolutions of ZASP bodies, regulations in force at ZASP, and the principles of professional ethics, and issues rulings in such matters.
MAIN AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Main Audit Committee exercises ongoing supervision over ZASP’s activities. In particular, it oversees whether the members of the Main Board perform their duties in compliance with the law, the Statute, resolutions of the General Assembly of Delegates, the distribution regulations, and other internal regulations of ZASP.
MAIN BOARD
The Main Board manages ZASP’s affairs and represents the Association externally.
CHAPTER OF DISTINGUISHED ZASP MEMBERS
A distinguished member may be a full member with at least 20 years of membership.
The Council of the Chapter of Distinguished Members acts as an active organisational link between ZASP members and the General Assemblies of Delegates, and the Main Board. In this role, it may express opinions in its own name on important ZASP matters and undertake mediation activities. All financial matters are determined by the Chair or Vice-Chair of the Council of the Chapter of Distinguished Members in agreement with the Main Board.
COMMITTEE FOR COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION
The Committee for Collection and Distribution is an advisory and auxiliary body to the Main Board in matters relating to collective management.
