Agreement with ZASP
The management by ZASP of your rights is carried out on the basis of a collective management agreement. In order to conclude such an agreement with ZASP, please first read the Distribution Regulations in force at ZASP, as well as the content of the relevant version of the agreement and its appendices.
To conclude an agreement with ZASP, you must complete and sign two copies of the collective management agreement for rights to artistic acting performances and Appendix No. 6 (personal data), and then send them by traditional mail to the address of the ZASP Office or contact the ZASP Department for Eligible Persons.

The choice of the agreement variant depends on whether you are signing the agreement as:
artist
performer
parent / legal guardian
of a minor artist
radio
theatre director
heir of an artist
/ radio theatre director

The agreement is concluded when it is signed by the persons representing ZASP. After the agreement is concluded, the eligible person gains access to the ZASP Artist Service Portal, an electronic system used for communication with ZASP.
Any changes to contact details or to the method of payment of remuneration must be reported on an ongoing basis to the staff of the ZASP Department for Eligible Persons.
