If you decide on a private stay (with the cost covered by the individual), you should submit an application to ZASP, which will then be reviewed by the Main Board of ZASP.

WHAT DOES THE AMOUNT
OF THE FEE DEPEND ON

DAW is a non-public home operating within the social welfare system (it is subject to regulations governing social care homes, Social Welfare Centre funding, statutory standards, inspections, etc.).

The diagram below presents the rules for financial support.

In accordance with the Act on Social Assistance (of 12 March 2004)
and the Regulation on Social Care Homes (of 23 August 2012)

* close relatives – according to the Act, the so-called “family with a maintenance obligation” includes the spouse, children, and grandchildren
