ZASP Structure
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES
The General Assembly of Delegates is the highest authority of ZASP. It may be either ordinary or extraordinary. Assemblies are convened at least once a year by the Main Board. The Assembly is composed of royalty-related and non-royalty-related delegates, elected during the plenary electoral meetings of the professional sections. The most important decisions regarding the activities of ZASP are discussed there.
PEER COURT
The Peer Court examines cases concerning violations by ZASP members of the Statute, resolutions of ZASP bodies, internal regulations, and professional ethics. It issues rulings in such cases.
MAIN AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Main Audit Committee exercises ongoing supervision over the activities of ZASP, in particular ensuring that the Main Board carries out its duties in compliance with the law, the Statute, resolutions of the General Assembly of Delegates, the royalty distribution regulations, and other internal acts of ZASP.
MAIN BOARD
The Main Board manages the affairs of ZASP and represents the Association externally.
COUNCIL OF DISTINGUISHED MEMBERS OF ZASP
An active member of ZASP with at least 20 years of membership may become a Distinguished Member.
The Council of Distinguished Members serves as an organizational link between ZASP members and the General Assemblies of Delegates on the one hand, and the Main Board on the other. It may express opinions on important issues concerning ZASP and undertake mediation activities. All financial matters are arranged by the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of the Council in agreement with the Main Board.
COMMISSION FOR COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF ROYALTIES
The Commission for Collection and Distribution of Royalties is an advisory and supporting body of the Main Board in matters related to collective management.
