Who we are
Związek Artystów Scen Polskich ZASP – Stowarzyszenie
We are a community of performing artists.
We bring together creators working in theatre and live performance, radio and television, film, and dubbing, organized into professional sections.
We stand on the foundation of a great legacy spanning over 100 years. We work for the benefit of our artistic community.
Our goal is to ensure that performing artists in Poland know their rights, feel the strength of belonging, and understand their own agency.
Our professions are highly specific. That’s why mutual support matters so much.
There are stories about ZASP as a place that feels like a “second home for artists.”
We strive to make that story come alive.
Here, we have the freedom to bring our own ideas to life. Every task we take on is done for ourselves and for others, while building a shared set of values.
We believe our community will continue to generate bold new ideas for shaping the future of our profession.
As artists, we know the value of creativity and we protect our rights.
That’s why we also act as a collective management organization (CMO) – protecting related rights of actors (including dubbing actors and foreign performers), dancers, and the copyrights of radio theatre directors.
As an Association, we also provide broad social support for our members and act as a patron of culture.
The history of ZASP is impressive – and we are proud to be part of it.
