GUSTAW Award – the highest ZASP distinction, granted for exceptional contributions to the theatre community. It has been awarded since 2009. Its purpose is to honour individuals whose achievements make a significant contribution to preserving tradition and creating new values in national culture, or who help promote Polish culture around the world.

The statuette was designed by Wiesław Janasz.
